截至到7月21日，我们已经完成了老版HiChat到新版HiChat的用户数据迁移工作。在这个迁移过程中由于老版HiChat用户规则与新版HiChat用户规则不同，造成一部分用户在登录时出现帐号密码错误或丢失的情况。如果您的HiChat会员帐号在新版HiChat客户端出现无法登录的情况，请根据提示，提交您的HiChat会员帐号及用户名至HiChat官网（http：//www.hichat.chat）留言板，我们将进行人工处理。给您带来不便，敬请谅解！请您知悉并相互转告！感谢您对HiChat一如既往的支持！

As of 21st July 2017, we have completed all user data-migration from the old version of HiChat to the latest HiChat database. Due to the new rules and regulation between the old and the latest HiChat version. some user/users will find themselves unable to login due to password error. Please do not hesitate to contact us if user/users was unable to login to their own account in the latest version of HiChat app, please proceed to HiChat official website via http://www.hichat.chat. Submit your HiChat User Account and Profile Name in our feedback interface. We will verify and manually process your submission as soon as possible. Any inconvenience caused is very much regretted.
